Note on Shipping

Due to the specific size of the tube for large posters shipping, they cannot contain small A6 cards. Thus, if you want to buy both a large poster and an A6 card, we will send them separately, and a separate shipping payment is needed.

All other combinations of different sizes do not need a separate shipment.

Where do you ship?

I ship tracked orders to the EU (except Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, France, Malta, Spain, Slovenia and Portugal), Great Britain, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and United States of America. Untracked orders are shipped almost worldwide (this option is available for A6 cards and stickers only). I’d love to sell big posters worldwide, but I depend on the services of Global Express.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Poland | 4 - 5 business days

Europe | 2 - 4 weeks

USA | 4 - 8 weeks

I submitted the wrong e-mail address | home address at checkout. What can I do?

Contact me as soon as you can at hello@ilonapoliszczuk.com and I’ll try to do my best if the order has not shipped yet. Please, include your order number and your name in the message.

Why is shipping so expensive?

Unfortunately, I cannot control the shipping prices and they are rather expensive (especially international ones). I’m a small brand, I ship small quantities of products, and I cannot compete with the shipping prices offered by the big companies.

I had to pay customs fees when my order arrived. Why?

Please, beware that I’m not responsible for fees/VAT charges in your country. All of my orders are shipped from Poland, and please make sure to find the information about the kinds of taxes your country practices for incoming products.

I think my order has been lost. What can I do about it?

Please, check your personal tracking number and contact a local post office first. Then, if there’s still no sign of your order, contact me at hello@ilonapoliszczuk.com and I’ll try to figure this out.

Are you accepting returns?

I can’t accept returns at the moment due to being a small brand unless I made a mistake on my side. Thank you for being so understanding.
